Preliminary Assessment
If you unsure if your property is suitable for development and don’t want to spend a lot of money to find out that development on the site isn’t viable then we have two ways to help you answer these questions – We’ll start with a site visit.
One of our experienced team will meet you at the subject property and assess the existing conditions on site, including access and egress, topography etc., neighbouring properties, vegetation and neighbourhood character.
Together, we can discuss your requirements and any issues that have been identified. Should you want to know a little more, we can offer you a preliminary assessment. This includes the site visit, obtaining information from relevant authorities as to the location of their assets and existing infrastructure, preparation of a proposed Site/floor plan layout and a report that details the reasons behind the proposal, any issues that have presented themselves as a result of further investigation, and a recommendation of the likelihood of obtaining a Planning Permit from Council.
All of this for a small portion of the cost of the full planning application. Should you decide to proceed down this path, the cost of the preliminary assessment will be taken into account and deducted from the amount payable.
A preliminary assessment is a unique service to help establish the feasibility of your project.
